GUYS, I SURVIVED! And it actually went really well so thank you for all your support.
I won't bore you too much with the details, but the interview process consisted of a group exercise, a three minute TV pitch (!!!) and a one on
Despite how absolutely bloody terrifying that all sounds everything was fine and far far far more relaxed than anticipated! Everyone was lovely (including the other candidates, damn them) and to my surprise I left feeling really quite happy with how it had all gone.
I'll let you know whether or not I get a place. Obviously I'll be absolutely thrilled if I do but the competition is extremely fierce and there's still another day of interviews to go... Right now I'm in Bournemouth doing a pretty good job of keeping my mind off it all; it's my Dad's Birthday today (Happy Birthday, Pa!) and my Birthday tomorrow so I've got a lot to keep me busy!
Enjoy the beautiful weather and I'll catch you on the flip-side, yo. ;)

Congratulations Emma, it sounds like you're feeling positive about it so that is mega! You can't ask for more. Oh gosh I'd be so relieved to have my exam results with me, doing an exam on top would have killed me off a little. Good luck, I really hope you get it! xx
ReplyDeleteCongrats - hope the issue of what to wear to it wasn't that big of one in the end!
ReplyDeleteWhat was the position you were applying for? I you don't mind me asking! (Just being abit nosey...!)
