Happy Jubilee, Queenie!

Aw, lovely few days. Useless bloody weather but that was inevitable, wasn't it? It's a Bank Holiday!

Hope you've had a wonderful time, wherever you are. I've had a brilliant few days in Bournemouth. Spent most of it with family, pretty much just watching the celebrations and eating, and time has flown by. So sad to be leaving tonight; trips home never seem to last long enough! Plus I've not had NEARLY enough time to bond with Van Purrsie. Seriously tempted to take him with me...

Mustn't complain though - some poor sods have actually had to work this weekend. Also I should be able to visit home a lot more nowadays now have weekends off. Hur-bloody-rah! ;)

Anyway, better go, Liz is just about to wave from the balcony. Enjoy the rest of the day!

  3. I worked all of the weekend apart from today :( It was incredibly shit, the whole world was going on about having a 4 day weekend and I was like it makes absolutely no difference to my work whatsoever! Other than that its a bank holiday and because I'm a new employee I get payed no extra for it. Working in retail sucks.
Wow, that was a heap of crazy- apologies for ranting my grumpiness there! All I can say is, appreciate the long weekends, I haven't had one for about a year now!

  5. Loved the Jubilee! If it wasn't for the fact I recon The Queen would get annoyed by it we should have one every year!
